Your privacy is important to us. GPC together with any group companies (“we” “us” “our”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. For the purposes of data protection legislation, we will process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and national laws which relate to the processing of personal data. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

GPC from time to time will send information to customers and/or customer branches/members, for which we have been given details, on promotions, products, business updates and events. We feel that this will be of interest to you and therefore will continue to do this under the ‘Legitimate Interest’ Section of the ICO guidelines. You have the right to opt-out of receiving this information at any time by unsubscribing.

Customers

We will hold details including, but may not be limited to depending on the information you provide, your email address, name, contact telephone number, address and bank. We will use this information to process your order, provide services and comply with our contractual obligations.

In order to fulfil the above we may also need to share personal data with third parties for example payment providers, sub-contractors, suppliers, delivery service organisations and any other organisations necessary to assist in the delivery of goods or services.

We will hold limited contact information on your business and will not hold anything further until become a customer.

We will hold details such as email address, name, contact telephone number, address, bank details and any other information you provide in order to contact you about goods or services ordered with you and to place further orders.

Their contact details will be passed on in order that they can do business together. No further details such as accounting information will be shared.
